Job Description

The Director of Employer Engagement will act as the linchpin between our tech-enabled solutions and the employers who need them. Your role is pivotal in forging and deepening relationships with brokers, consultants, and TPAs, ensuring that the employers they represent are well-informed and keen on our offerings. You will lead fostering the broker relationships and selling through them to the employers they represent.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and TPAs, becoming their trusted advisor on our solutions.
  • Employer Outreach: Collaborate with brokers, consultants, and TPAs to reach and pitch to employers, emphasizing the unique advantages of our solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Continually hone your knowledge of our products to showcase specific benefits tailored to each employer's unique needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the broker, consultant, and TPA networks.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather insights and feedback from brokers, consultants, and TPAs to guide our product development and improve our value proposition.
  • Sales Forecasting: Regularly update management on sales progress, potential bottlenecks, and market trends.
  • Training Sessions: Organize and lead training sessions for brokers, consultants, and TPAs to ensure they are well-informed about our latest offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare employer-based experience.
  • A proven track record of success in a sales role or related position.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for networking.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and forecast sales.
