The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, coachable Junior Account Executive to join our commercial team. This is a full-cycle sales role — you'll own your pipeline from prospecting through close, with direct mentorship from senior leadership. If you're a high-performing BDR or SDR ready to take on account ownership and accelerate your trajectory, this role was built for you.
You'll be selling into orthopedic and specialty care practices across an assigned territory, helping practice administrators and operators understand exactly how Hatch eliminates the manual work that slows patient access.
What You'll Do
Build and execute a prospecting plan targeting orthopedic and specialty care practices across your assigned geography.
From cold outreach to discovery, demo, proposal, and close — you own the relationship.
Understand each prospect's referral workflow, EHR environment, and administrative pain points before pitching.
Present Hatch's platform in a way that connects directly to the prospect's clinical and operational priorities.
Log all activity, update deal stages, and maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot daily.
We have standards — 50 outbound touches per day is the baseline. You'll be expected to build habits, not just meet minimums.
Work with leadership and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction post-close.
What We're Looking For
Ideally as a BDR or SDR in healthcare technology, SaaS, or a related B2B environment. — you're not waiting for inbound leads.
You can write a compelling cold email and run a tight discovery call.
You use your CRM, you follow up when you say you will, and you don't let deals go dark.
You want feedback, take it seriously, and apply it fast.
